Company ‘X’ is engaged in the business of providing Coding courses to students from grades 1 to 8.
The company wants to actively collect NPS & other feedback from students on multiple aspects such as teachers, content, curriculum, etc after every class and after they complete the homework/projects.
Considering the students are young, collecting valuable feedback from them at the right time is challenging.
The agenda is to implement a simple feedback mechanism in the student app to understand user happiness and understand the scope of improvements.
This will be a 2 step feedback system:
Post-session feedback will be “minimum click feedback” with relevant tags coming up on the basis of the “stars” rating selected immediately after a class is completed
How does this help?
Due to time constraints, it won't be easy to collect de/tailed feedback from students however, the increase in engagement and concentration during the class will provide valuable feedback and a significant increase in form fill %.
