The agenda is to implement a simple feedback mechanism in the student app to understand user happiness and understand the scope of improvements.

Solution

This will be a 2 step feedback system:

• Post-session feedback
• Post-homework feedback

Post-session feedback

Post-session feedback will be “minimum click feedback” with relevant tags coming up on the basis of the “stars” rating selected immediately after a class is completed

How does this help?

Due to time constraints, it won't be easy to collect de/tailed feedback from students however, the increase in engagement and concentration during the class will provide valuable feedback and a significant increase in form fill %.

Component level breakdown

The popup has 2 actions that can be initiated at this step:

• Close (X) —> This will close the popup without any data being saved for the feedback [Popup shown will still be counted]
• Star Rating (⭐️) —> The student can select any of the 5-star ratings based on which the tags will be shown. As soon as the student clicks on the star rating, the same needs to be stored in the backend and mixpanel (even if the student closes the window post that). The star rating remains editable.
• Label (Rating) —> The label changes based on the shower action on the stars (details below)
