Problem Statement:

Company ‘X’ provides a free demo class to students to help them understand the course with the ultimate aim to enrol them in the course.

A student can register and book a free class at his convenience which creates demand.

The teachers open up their available slots to take the classes which creates supply.

As the company reaches the growth stage, they receive 100+ demos per day. It poses multiple challenges:

• Limited supply: It takes time to hire, train & onboard more teachers.
• Wasted resources: Less than 60% of users who book demos actually attends, which leads to wasted resources such as the Teacher’s open slot.
• Inefficient pairing of teachers & students: To increase conversion, it is important to ensure the proper pairing of teachers & students to enhance their learning experience.

Proposed Work:

Automating the entire assignment process to remove human intervention where ever unnecessary and providing a good platform for the internal team to manage the demand and supply.
